Batjli Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide

These terms and conditions apply to the batjli platform (https://batjli.app) and all associated services. batjli is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

Each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person or household, batjli reserves the right to close them and forfeit any funds held within.

• The name, address, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Identity verification may be required using a national ID card or passport.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is complete.
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely the member's responsibility.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Batjli supports Bangladesh's most widely used payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Separate minimum and maximum limits apply for each method.

Deposits are generally not subject to any additional charges. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are beyond batjli's control.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.

2. If an event is cancelled before the match begins, all bets will be refunded.
3. The decisions of official sports governing bodies are final in determining results.
4. Placing identical bets on the same event from multiple accounts will result in those bets being voided.
5. Bets may be voided if abnormal odds appear due to a system error.
6. Disputes must be raised with support within 48 hours.

• Valid balances on suspended accounts are generally refunded.
• All funds may be forfeited in cases of fraudulent activity.
• Members may also request account closure themselves.
